Group Yoga Classes

Move. Breathe. Be. Group Classes

Influenced by my many years of experience as an Iyengar student and as a certified Level One YogaWorks teacher, MBB yoga classes center around intelligent sequencing that is both challenging and meaningful. I combine precise instruction with detailed alignment points in an approachable and fun way in order to fully integrate body, breath, and mind—as we were all designed to move. breathe. be.

Move. Breathe. Be. classes incorporate the use of props and offer variations in order to adapt the practice to the student versus the student to the practice.

  • Level 2 | an intermediate offering for those comfortable in a Level 1 class and who want to incorporate inversions, arm balances and more complex backbends

  • Open Level | a carefully cued class providing a foundation for those newer to the yoga practice with modifications and variations as necessary plus the option to add a few intermediate poses, including preparatory work towards inversions

Catherine is truly a jewel. I was extremely lucky to encounter her…her knowledge, enthusiasm, erudition, attention to detail, clarity in explanation, and light-filled energy make her one of the best yoga instructors I have ever come across. She was even able to very thoughtfully help me through an injury. I feel very lucky to be able to learn from her.

Catherine has many years of teaching yoga and is an expert on the human body. She incorporates body integrity and alignment when teaching her students. Her teachings have helped me to wake up to my own body and find joy in the practice. I highly recommend her!

Consider buying me a cup of coffee on the MBB Ko-fi (read: coffee) page (get it?). While I’d love to see you in a yoga class or coaching session soon, I know you might prefer to engage with the community by way of cozying up with a cup of joe and my blog posts each week. I’m deeply touched that my musings impact you and hope to provide even more content in the near future!
